Do you want to start homeschooling your child but don’t know where to start? Are you unsure how to write Course Descriptions or supply an Official Transcript?
Having homeschooled our awesome kids for ten years, I can tell you that you don’t need to do this alone. I know it’s hard to know where to start; I can help.
When we examine our educational options with our own personalities and our children’s uniqueness in mind, we allow the fresh wind of possibilities to waft through the room. The best education we can give our children is the one that says: There are unlimited ways to get to where you want to go; I’m here to help you find your way.”
— Julie Bogart, The Brave Learner

We started our homeschool journey because my husband travels for work, and because of this, we were often separated geographically. We agreed that was not how we wanted to raise our family, so we made a change—we knew if we homeschooled, we could have family travel adventures together! It was a perfect fit for us, and we never looked back.
Immediately, it was so good. From the very beginning, homeschooling brought us an unexpected joy. It was a positive change for all of us, filling our days with calm, learning, and growth. By the time that first homeschool year ended, we knew it would be a tough road ahead, but we also knew we weren’t going back to the traditional private school where we started.
Once kids get into high school, homeschooling plays a different role. The stakes are much, much higher. If you started homeschooling at a young age, your transition to high school will be obvious and much easier than that for others who begin homeschooling in the teen years. Starting in grade nine—or later—can undoubtedly be done for college-bound teens with guidance.
I specialize in college-bound course selection, course descriptions, official transcripts, homeschool mission statements, and polished college application packets for legitimate homeschoolers.
As your student enters 9th grade, it’s crucial to start planning for their future. Legit homeschooling is not about circumventing the system but about taking on a commitment and a responsibility that allows your teens to excel in the comfort of wherever you call home. With the right approach, your student(s) will be well-prepared for college and thrive there, just as I’ve seen my children do.
Homeschool might work for you, or it might not. You will only know if you try it.
Start your journey
I’ll do my best to answer your questions and guide you through your unique school journey. Life brings many challenges and opportunities, but you do not have to work on your school puzzle alone.

Please note: My coaching service is not therapy (though maybe restorative!), as I am not a mental health professional. I cannot diagnose learning disorders, but I can refer you to others for possible solutions and direct you to your HSLDA for state-specific homeschool laws.
